- If the photo or video asset contains a technical defect preventing editorial usage, the buyer is eligible for a full refund.
- Defects must be verified by our editorial review team before payout adjustments are finalized.
- Approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source.

Metadata Mismatch
- If the visual content does not match the description or location specified in the metadata, the buyer is compensated.
- Compensation and revision claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Double licensing conflicts will trigger immediate order reviews and full compensation.
